The stone lookout tower Milohlídka at Čeřovka was built by an order of Jičín Governor Hansgirg in the year 1843.

The lookout tower is 8 m high, with 60 steps leading up to the observation deck. Today the crown of Čeřovka is covered with trees and so only a small section of the view of Jičín to the south can be seen from the lookout tower. Despite this, the lookout tower over Jičín has a romantic charm and is ideal for walking and a climb.

Access by car is possible directly below the hill, then along the blue trail to the top of the lookout tower.
