Bohemian Paradise

This basalt cluster is situated in the northwest outskirt of village Sedličky and takes an area of 12.35 acres. Steppe grasslands on the slopes, with ecumenical chapel of Mary Magdalene on the top of the hill. Interesting in terms of geological, botanical and entomological.

An all-round view is offered from the distinct basalt conical peak (339 m above sea level) just under two km from Jičín over the whole of the Jičín region. From the peak, which is freely accessible to the public, you can see the Prachov Rocks, Trosky, Rumburk, Loreta, Kozlov and other locations.
