Labe Waterfall
Krkonoše Mountains
The Labe Waterfall (Labský vodopád) is one of a number of waterfalls located in the Labe Valley. It is 45 m high and falls over stones to the bottom of the valley.
The waterfall was larger in the past because the then-owner of Labská bouda constructed a dam and sluice gate so that groups of tourists could release the water to get a greater flow. Today, the waterfall exhibits more of a cascading character.
